All returns must be pre‐authorised; all other returns will be refused. Please contact us to receive authorisation.
All returns must be in good condition, new, unused and ready for resale. All items are subject to inspection by Capella Enterprises.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Please check your order immediately on receipt. Unpack it and check for damage. Do not accept a damaged shipment until the carrier makes a 'Damaged' notation on the delivery receipt or freight bill.
We insure our shipments using the carriers insurance policies, refunds are based on the carriers accepting the claim.
If there is a shortage or damage, please notify us immediately.
Claims for damage or shortages must be made within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. We will instruct you on how to proceed on a case by case basis. Retain all materials and shipping cartons until the claim has been resolved.
Unclaimed Items, Incorrect Address or Refusal by Customs
If items are returned to us as they have not been claimed from the shipping company, you have provided us with incorrect shipping information, or have been refused by the customs authorities in your country, then we shall not be held liable.
Additional Information Pertaining to Specific Products
We do not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse or ordering mistakes on the part of the buyer, as capsules cannot be resold (we cannot be certain of the condition of the capsules, and therefore cannot resell them).
Encapsulation Machines (Feton, Cap 'M Quik, etc.)
Encapsulation machines may be returned according to our general conditions outlined above. There is a 25% restocking fee based on the actual price of the item (this means that shipping and taxes are NOT included, just the price of the product itself), and returns must be pre-approved.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will not, however, accept returns where equipment has been used.
